Japan has moved from a period of rapid growth into a period of maturity, and the construction of new roads and new bridges has declined. In its place, projects such as the repair of bridges and the construction of large structures have taken over. What matters here are the "people" who can bridge the "present" to the future.

In a "present" where great changes arrive every day, the strength of people who can propose work that meets the needs of society is the most important thing of all. By making our people our greatest strength, we have honed our technical and proposal capabilities.
