As a pioneer in the temporary shoring rental business for road construction,
we provide products matched to the needs of the times so that our customers can achieve both "safety" and "cost reduction," earning high praise from across the industry.
A pipe-column system shoring with an allowable vertical capacity of 100 kN (10 tf). It is used in a wide range of applications, such as concrete formwork shoring for elevated bridges and temporary support bents for precast or steel girders in building construction. A major feature is that the heaviest single member is only 27 kg (the base jack), making it light enough to assemble and dismantle by hand.
A pipe-column system shoring with an allowable vertical capacity of 500 kN (50 tf). As a column that replaces conventional square columns and bent members for steel bridges, it always offers a rational and safe design. It has an extensive track record in prestressed-concrete (PC) bridge work as well as large-scale building construction.
A pipe-column system shoring with the highest capacity in the RöRo series, providing an allowable vertical load capacity of 1,259 kN per main column (3.0 m column length; up to 1,465 kN at 1.5 m). It also resists a horizontal load of approximately 48.0 kN (about 5.0 tf) per face. It is super heavy-duty shoring that responds to the recent trend toward longer spans in elevated-bridge construction and to larger superstructure deck-slab overhangs caused by construction restrictions in urban areas.
A truss-structure girder used as a large-span beam member for concrete formwork shoring on elevated bridges. Compared with conventional H-steel girders, it can span greater distances, contributing to greater construction freedom and efficiency. All main members are bolted, making erection and dismantling easy.
It quickly fastens H-steel sections to each other, as well as RöRo members to H-steel, without damaging the base material. The body weighs just 2.2 kg and is compact at 132.5 x 111.5 x 36.0 mm, delivering a strong clamping force with an allowable slip capacity of 60 kN (6.0 t).
The "Stiffener Jack" is a device dedicated to H-steel that distributes the eccentric load applied to the H-steel flange. It replaces the stiffener plate used at bearing points subject to concentrated loads, eliminating the need for welding or plate fabrication. The maximum size it supports is up to H594.
A simple temporary road system ideal for farmland and soft ground. Made of recycled polypropylene, the plastic components are light, so installation can be done by hand easily and quickly. As soon as laying is finished, the road can be opened immediately, helping to shorten the construction period.
