A pipe-column system shoring with the highest capacity in the RöRo series, providing an allowable vertical load capacity of 1,259 kN per main column (3.0 m column length; up to 1,465 kN at 1.5 m). It also resists a horizontal load of approximately 48.0 kN (about 5.0 tf) per face. It is super heavy-duty shoring that responds to the recent trend toward longer spans in elevated-bridge construction and to larger superstructure deck-slab overhangs caused by construction restrictions in urban areas.
It provides an allowable vertical load capacity of 1,259 kN per column (3.0 m column length; up to 1,465 kN at 1.5 m) and an allowable horizontal load of approximately 48.0 kN (about 5.0 tf) per face. Compared with conventional square bents, it is more functional shoring with higher work safety.
Assembly uses bolted joints and pin fixing, so block assembly and dismantling are easy and construction is highly safe. Large sections can be pre-assembled on the ground and stacked three-dimensionally, reducing work at height.
To ensure safety during assembly and dismantling, the structure allows dedicated scaffolding and ladders to be installed. In addition to the basic 3.0 m, 2.0 m and 1.5 m columns, there are jacks, braces, horizontal members, spindle reinforcement members and interface plates.
It shares member compatibility with the S-50 type shoring, so combining it with the S-50 achieves an economical design. It can cover locations that the S-50 alone cannot bear, allowing flexible response to site conditions.
