The "Stiffener Jack" is a device dedicated to H-steel that distributes the eccentric load applied to the H-steel flange. It replaces the stiffener plate used at bearing points subject to concentrated loads, eliminating the need for welding or plate fabrication. The maximum size it supports is up to H594.
Compared with the conventional method of fabricating and welding cut steel plates as rib plates, it requires less labor and cost. When removed, it leaves almost no marks on the H-steel. The body is given hot-dip galvanized rust-proofing, so it withstands long-term use.
On its own it comes in two types covering H300-H400 and H200-H250, and with an extension base it can support up to H594. The 30SJ (weight 4.2 kg) covers H300-H400, while the 25SJ (weight 3.5 kg) covers H200-H250.
Attachment and removal are easy because the handle pipe (optional) can be inserted into the body from three directions. Set the screw length of the spindle to be the same at the top and bottom before installing.
