It quickly fastens H-steel sections to each other, as well as RöRo members to H-steel, without damaging the base material. The body weighs just 2.2 kg and is compact at 132.5 x 111.5 x 36.0 mm, delivering a strong clamping force with an allowable slip capacity of 60 kN (6.0 t).
Weighing just 2.2 kg, it is compact and has a deep effective reach, ranking top in its class on these three points and improving workability on site. The bolt head accepts a D24-size socket, so a cordless impact driver or wrench can be used, greatly improving work efficiency.
Long-term allowable slip capacity of 6.0 tf (60 kN). The slip strength has been tested at the General Building Research Corporation of Japan (GBRC). Use two or more units per steel member and always install them diagonally opposite each other.
When removed, it leaves almost no marks on the H-steel. Compared with conventional welding, it saves both labor and cost. Even if there is some variation in the gap at the H-steel flange, this can be compensated for by the jack stroke. Hot-dip galvanized rust-proofing allows it to withstand long-term use.
